Our Story
Code Talk was born from decades of field experience and a drive to improve building code education. Our founder Jeremy Hall has worked on everything from stadiums to roadways, utilities, hospitals and even schools – which allowed him to see first hand how better training could change careers and potentially save lives. With nearly 20+ years of real world experience, he created a mentorship-based platform that simplifies building codes and empowers professionals across the nation.

Meet Our Founder, Jeremy Hall
Jeremy Hall has been an Inspector of Record for some of the largest capital infrastructures in the United States, most prominently for Los Angeles County. He has previously led inspection for SoFi Stadium and has worked on airports, hospitals, schools and more – across both public and private sectors. In his early 20’s, Jeremy served as an EMT & firefighter, where he developed a passion for life safety and quality construction. His career evolved from fire safety to structural inspections and full building compliance – including accessibility, electrical, mechanical & plumbing systems. Jeremy founded Code Talk to give back to his community, sharing over 20 years of experience to train the next generation of inspectors & builders.
